We want to do everything we can to please our customers. If you receive a product or a size that you did not order, email or call us and we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the error at our cost. We will also send you the proper item immediately. See the Returns area below for specific details on returned items.

You can return most items sold by Johnson’s “On the Avenue” within 30 days of delivery. (We understand that during the holiday season we need to increase this time limit).
To qualify, simply initiate the return via sending an email to Info@JohnsonsOnTheAvenue.com with the item # you are returning/exchanging within 20 days of delivery. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition & in the original packaging. We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 10 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. Customer will be charged for exchange shipment costs, unless an error has been made on our part.
Return of Most Items
Your refund will be the full purchase price of the item. We are glad to assist you in exchanging the item. Please email Info@JohnsonsOnTheAvenue.com or call us at 1-800-559-1461 if you would like assistance.
Return/Exchange of Clearance or On-Sale Items
• Exchanges: All clearance merchandise is final sale.
• Returns: On-sale merchandise can be returned for your choice of Store Credit or a 20% restocking fee.
Return/Exchange of Hemmed Pants
• Hemmed Pants Exchanges/Returns: All sales final on hemmed pants. If you question your size, please order un-hemmed pants and we will be glad to exchange them.
